Should I have received two grant lump sums for the SEISS third grant? One in Nov/Dec and the second in Feb to support me up till April

No. It's one grant, one payment.
The fourth grant was put back until late April.1 -
So does that mean the 3 months money I received in Nov was to see me through to April

No, the 4th grant will cover 3 months, being Feb, March and April, but claims do not open until mid-April, for payment from late April. A 5th and final grant will cover May to September, with claims opening in late July.
These grants are taxable income, so you must know what you have already received?No free lunch, and no free laptop
