Hi, issue is the need to buy ex out of house. Court order gave a deadline or house has to go on market. I am remortgaging to raise funds but application is being very slow and out of my hands. Ex is refusing an extension. I want it sorted asap too!! Ex's solicitor is ordering sale immediately. I cant making the application process quicker. What can I do? Can I be forced to sell when Im going through an application process.
