Revolut unauthorised transactions

Has anyone else had any trouble with unauthorised transactions from their revolut account? One in January and another in March. I didn’t notice the January one until I tracked back after seeing a charge I didn’t recognise for £59.99 in March. Revolut won’t refund either of the payments. They say that I should have noticed the January one. I don’t use revolut much except to save and little expenses. The unauthorised charges are to Strength Bill.com. I’ve googled but nothing comes up. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Cypriot domain registration. Looks like someone used your card for the 3 day trial...looks setup to somewhat confuse people it has to be said with the 'check your charge link at the top of the page on the support.
