Ebay seller sent wrong item

I bought an item based on description and photo on Ebay listing. It arrived this morning and is not the advertised brand plus is nothing like the photo, so not even a good substitute.

I want to return it but I must apparently pay the postage. Is this correct? It's the seller's mistake in sending out the wrong item, so I don't see why the buyer must pay for that.

Open a case for Significantly Not as Described, then the seller has to pay return postage - it's their responsibility to list and send the correct item.

I know Spoonie_Turtle has already responded but this sort of seller annoys me and I want to say it again. NO you do not have to pay for the return, as Spoonie _Turtle says open an SNAD claim and follow the case prompts.
Due to seller trying to take advantage I would also, once all this is over and you have your refund (not before) leave a non positive to warn other buyers- but do ask on here about wording to avoid saying anything that means it could get removed.
