Silent treatment after poor quartz worktop installation - What now?

Had some quartz installed before the weekend and all looked good but dusty and told to leave for 24 hours.
Next day on washing with soapy we found small scratch/gouge plus a number of sticky patches and residual silicon which were not amenable to gentle persuasion.
Slightly irked by this we then turned our attention to the seams which seemed to have sunk slightly and at 2.5 mm wide of pure white filler neither discrete nor within the industry standard tolerances of approx 1.5mm.
We paid by credit card - what is the best way forwards?

Skilled masons take a pride in their work and would not wish to palm you off with an inferior product. Get them back in to assess their work.
Quartz is very durable and it would take a diamond cutter to damage a thick slab. An unsightly join too could not be attributed to the customer. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.0
