Hi, I have a Default notice dated 1st July 2014 from HSBC plus a final demand letter dated 25th July 2014. However HSBC are saying that the default will stay on my credit file until Mar 2022 as they didn't close my account until Mar 2016. Are they correct? Do I have grounds to dispute this and if so who with?
