GoPro Brexit Delivery Issue

On the 17th March I purchased a new GoPro camera direct from the company as they were advertisising huge discounts.
A few hours after purchase my order was marked as 'Shipped' and here's where the problems start. Since the 17th March the parcel hasn't moved from the UPS Eindhoven depot it was being shipped from and has a status of 'Your package is delayed due to a Brexit related disruption. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible'.
The link on the facebook advert that I saw took me to a GB branded page and there was no indication anywhere prior to purchase that the camera was being shipped from Europe. If I'd have known this I wouldn't have purchased.
I've contacted GoPro and they have this morning emailed me to say that the issue is still under investigation.
What are my rights under consumer law? As this was an online purchase can I reject the camera and ask for a refund under the cooling off period regulations (even though I've yet to receive it). I'm also worried, as the shipment is from Europe that some sort of customs duty will be payable rendering the apparent 'bargain' not a bargain at all.
As I said, there was nothing prior to purchase that indicated that the camera was being shipped from Europe.
I am so annoyed at GoPro. The ownership experience has been spoilt before it even starts. I'm loathe to let them hang on to my money, let alone purchase further accessories from them in future.
Thanks for any advice,
Kevin

This page makes it clear they ship from the EU to the UK. It also states duties and taxes are included in your order, so you won't be charged.

Many companies do this at it is easier to run a couple of delivery locations rather than one per country. Unfortunately Brexit has put the UK in a worse situation as all packages need checking by HMRC to see if taxes are pre-paid or not.

Thanks very much for that link. It's reassuring to know that no extra duty will be due. Just need them to get their finger out re the delivery now.
    Thanks once more.
