Pet Insurance

Just wanted to give feedback. Ive had various pet insurance policies over a period of 20 years for dogs, cats and horses. The most recent insurer is with InsureYourPaws which have proved to be the most difficult and awkward company I have used to date. They have distorted clinical information in order to suit their own ends (and not pay out). Just a word of caution incase you are considering this company.

If you are not happy with their decision you can follow the complaint procedure which should be detailed in your policy document.
If you are not happy with their final response or thy do not answer you within 8 wks you can escalate your case to thE Ombudsman.
