Ppi claims

I received a ppi claim payout last year. I have now been contacted by solicitors saying they are going to bill for hours they spent sorting out my ppi claim, but I didn't use any solicitors. I have never heard of the solicitors company at all. I'm very worried

Do note that a number of CMCs have changed names or merged/taken over by others. So, the company name may be different.
You may also wish to ask your bank/provider if a CMC was involved. They would have it on file (and would have notified the CMC - hence the bill now arriving)I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). A guess that it’s a firm by the name ‘Ingenious Legal’?helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
I received a PPI payout from the bank. Now I am being hounded by a firm called Wilson Tarquin to say that I now owe them commission. I contacted the bank in question and although this firm had contacted the bank, the letter of authority was not signed by me. Where the signature should be, there is a very wobbly NO and the date is definitely not my hand writing.0
