Hi
Has anyone had experience in using a travel voucher from voyage prive? I booked a holiday last year only for it to be cancelled and I accepted a voucher for the deposit I had paid as I intended to book again when I could. I have the following situation:
I have a voucher for £1300 which I use for a new booking on a £5000 holiday so the balance is £3700. I now need to pay a new deposit of £1000 to secure the booking. So in effect I have now spent £2300. If this booking has to be cancelled for similar reasons as last year and they offer another voucher, I am afraid that I may only get one for £1000 being the new deposit? This would then put me £1300 out of pocket. Can this be right?

Have you called VP and spoken to them about using the voucher as your deposit (and part payment) of your new holiday?2
