Dorothy Perkins Refunds

At present Dorothy Perkins phone lines are closed, they do not reply to emails and are not providing refunds to myself and many others.  Any advice would be helpful.

Hi.  I have been reading similar reviews about Burton Menswear.  I think they have a very reduced staffing and everything has slowed down.  You should maybe contact the bank that issued the card you used.  I have placed a large order @ Burton as it was 80% off and most of it will be going back, if I have any problems with refund, I will contact Paypal.

Thanks for reply, unfortunately I did not use paypal on this occasion, so not sure what to do as I have other items to return.

I would firstly like to thank you for taking the time to send this email and for your patience in awaiting our reply.

I am sorry to hear that you are waiting for a refund. This is not a problem and all of the information you need is available on our website.

Due to the pandemic we are working with fewer staff and observing distancing levels as required to do so, this has slowed the process and we appreciate your patience.

We advise all customers that whilst we expect refunds to be processed within 14 days of being returned back to our warehouse, refunds can take up to a maximum of 28 days to be processed. Please be advised that the 28 days starts when the parcel has reached our warehouse and not when it was posted. Please contact us if your refund has not been processed by 16 April.
