Thanks for that info. Visited dentist again recently for a clean up. Mentioned the mouth guard or soft “splint”.. about £120 to supply and fit so will go for that. 👍tourist4ever said:Definite get a mouth guard. you never know how much you're grinding or when, could be recent but who knows when it stops and definitely get it from a dentist.
