Samsung J5 2017 not able to view call coming in or see if got any missed calls

I have the above and getting the above issues what can be the reason as see calls some times not all the time 

what can be the reason  

I changed the sim to another provider for your information could this be the reason?

calls are from friends that I know call me thus not sure why need to have the above installed 

as I said had sim card changed and seem the not reset my calls notification 

could it do not  Disturb app  not allowing to show calls or wake the phone ?

Just sorted for my friend,same phone same problem, clean out cache,old messages emails ect. Seems was a not enough memory on the phone.
