    I do know who my supplier is. Not Neo, never has been.
    They were unable to switch me in January; So incompetent they kept billing me, long saga eventually fixed in May.

    Hi YBR, I have followed the same path as you. I was with Yorkshire Energy (cheapest I found on net) then when YE collapsed I was forced onto Scottish Power.I left SP asap as I had previously complained to the Ombudsman about SP and my complaint was upheld with compensation (they were also a nightmare).
    Neo ...ARE EVEN WORSE. They are good at answering the phone but it stops there. I rang numerous times and sent emails asking for a bill. In 10 months I have received 1 bill. I complained to the Ombudsman (last July) about Neo and my complaint was upheld with them paying compensation this week. I now have a running calculation of my bill and only pay them when close to £0 credit
    I suggest you complain to the Ombudsmen (tel 0330 440 1624) about Neo and document your path. Good Luck
