Multiple 'Consumer Credit File Request' entries showing when I haven't made these requests

    The searches have continued to appear very frequently despite me changing both my CK email login and password so I am certain its not a result of my account being compromised which was my main concern, but labelling them as 'consumer credit file request' is misleading.

    Many thanks for responding. Yes Credit Karma have replied to me in such a way as to suggest they can't (or won't) understand or acknowledge what I'm asking.

    I too have changed my login details but based on your experience it's unlikely to make any difference.

  • I’ve been checking into mine regularly because transunion are not updating information for weeks and months which can adversely affect your score. Has anyone else noticed Credit Karma & Transunion are weeks out of date & incorrect?

    Whatever happens to your score is meaningless as no lender ever sees it. 
    Delays happen, CRAs have the same covid impact as everyone else.
    If the data is incorrect you should complain to them explaining why as you can escalate to the ICO if they don't fix it.
