Lastminute Voucher

I’ve got a lastminute.com voucher but when trying to book something  it says invalid promo code. I can’t get through to Customer Services on the phone line and seems they don’t respond to social media DMs.  Anyone had the same and found a resolution or do I have to accept that the thieving b@5t@rd5 have taken my money?! 😭
