    Mydeposits operate 2 schemes.
One where LL sends the deposit to Mydeposits and Two where they pay a fee and LL keeps the deposit.
However Mydeposits will pay tenants back the full deposit if LL does not return deposits or takes too long to ask for deductions due to damage , items missing, More than Fair wear and Tear.
Contact Mydeposits on Monday and claim the whole deposit back.
    Dispute all deductions

I hadn't had my deposit back after ten days either, and got in touch with the agency.  They chased up the landlord and I got it back 13 days later.  Luckily wasn't penalised for the cobweb and the dust on top of the radiator, got the full amount back.
