Zopa also offer loans and credit cards, and IIRC the website is geared towards those.0

I'm not sure the relevance of this to this year old thread, but I hold one or two Zopa accounts, and I didn't even know they had an app. I see my accounts just fine via the web.MichaelAP said:I have a Marcus Savings & today opened a ZOPA Savings Account.
Whilst I can access my Marcus Savings from both the App and Web, I notice you can log into the ZOPA Web account but it does not show you any savings details.
As such is it correct to say Marcus shows savings from both App & Web, whilst ZOPA is App only?
The Web version of ZOPA when logging in is a little pointless!
This is all I see on my Dashboard. No account information.0 -
I see the same as you @MichaelAP 🤷♂️1

This is what it looks like if you have some fixed term accounts:

Just opened an account with them. How long does it take for money to show up? Done an initial transfer and no signs as yet. FPS normally fairly immediate.0

Once up and running usually around 20 minutes.

Transfers both in and out of my Zopa Smart Saver take around 15 minutes.1

3rd payment I made was stopped by Barclays for security checks. Now I move a lot of savings in and out to different accounts and this is the first time I’ve had this. Are Zopa ‘higher risk’ because of no COP checks?0

Are Zopa ‘higher risk’ because of no COP checks?Zopa do have COP starting the working day after an account is opened, and multiple payments in ascending value tend to be a flag for fraud checks. I've never had a payment held when just doing £1 test followed by the balance I wish to transfer, even when COP fails.Whether you experience any issues will depend on your bank and normal account activity.1
