Email Problems On Android Phone

I received an email on my desktop computer this morning & on my phone a few seconds later.
For the rest of the day I have not received any emails on my phone despite receiving several
on my desktop.
I have sent several test emails & nothing comes through onto my phone.
Restarted the phone several times & still nothing.
Any ideas as to what has happened ??
And no I have not changed any settings etc.

Yes it is.
Although funnily enough I had problems connecting this morning.

Which phone do you have? What are you using for the email eg, stock app, Gmail app, a third party app? What is the email (Gmail, Outlook.com, a work email and on what kind of server etc.)?

Well how flippin bizarre........
Just typing up a reply to MattMattMattUK & lots of emails including my test emails have all come through at once.
No idea why or how !!
Good job I did not go & start fiddling with my email settings.

Thanks for that it also explains another odd issue I had with an app.
