Clearing Banks

Hi All.
Does anyone have experience or knowledge with fund transfers from the MOD to Santander ? They said all public funds still pass through clearing banks but it’s been 10 working days now - including today and Santander keep saying, it should be in there tonight or tomorrow - but obviously this is the brush off !! ... what can I do ?? Thanks.

I'm not sure I even understand the question?
Santander won't know about the payment until they can see it - don't image they are giving you the brush off....
The sender will need to confirm when and how it was initiated e.g. Faster Payment same day, Bacs three day cycle etc.0 -
The MOD isn't a bank. When was the instruction to make payment made?0
