Clearing Banks

Hi All. 

Does anyone have experience or knowledge with fund transfers from the MOD to Santander ? They said all public funds still pass through clearing banks but it’s been 10 working days now - including today and Santander keep saying, it should be in there tonight or tomorrow - but obviously this is the brush off !! ... what can I do ??    Thanks.

I'm not sure I even understand the question?
Santander won't know about the payment until they can see it - don't image they are giving you the brush off....
The sender will need to confirm when and how it was initiated e.g. Faster Payment same day, Bacs three day cycle etc.

The MOD isn't a bank. When was the instruction to make payment made?
