Travel voucher

Hi , last year myself, partner and son had our flights put into voucher form to use within a year. Now covid has gone on again I have been trying to contact Kenya Airways to request another year but can't get any replies at all . No email replies or won't answer the phone.  Time is running out as voucher expires on the 30th , what do I do? It was all so expensive I can't risk losing them

Do you have an online account with them?  Check that to see if any information there which there probably will be.

Often Customer services are slow and inaffective. Will a series of refunds from the pandemic due i have started talking to companies directly on Twitter, they seem much more responsive when they are being publicly panned.

Did you check their website?
Suggestion there is that original international tickets converted to a credit or open status are now valid for two years.
