I am having trouble moving my jaja credit card balance to my new First Diect zero balance transfer card..has anyone else had this problem ??

Yes there are lots of threads about it already, seems to be a common problem with no obvious solution unfortunately. You may wish to investigate a money transfer card instead

Yes multiple people and there are multiple threads on this already, the one answer that seems to work for most people is if you still have the old post office card, use that cards details when doing the balance transfer and for most people it works and the balance is transferred.
