Poor quality toys

I bought a set of 3 soft toys from a kids tv show as a gift off eBay (new from a shop). The main character toy is shocking quality, arm falling off, stuffing coming out and dirty. The other two toys are intact but I can’t give it as a gift without the main character and I don’t want it replacing as it’s poor quality. The price was around £20. The seller has offered me £5 back as only one toy is faulty. My argument is that the set is now useless to me. What are my rights please?
