Building regs - new conservatory roof

Hi all.
I am wondering if anyone had any views on if building regs would be worried about a 30mm drop on a conservatory dwarf wall.
Current situation is that we a 3mx4m dwarf wall conservatory and are looking to get it replaced with new frames and and solid roof.
The surveyor for the company we are buying off, came today to do all the measurments and advised the front of the wall so lower than the back by avout 30mm so was concerned that building regs may not pass the new work.
The conservatory was installed before we moved in so we arnt fully sure how old the build is. We have been there for 6 years and the surveyor reconed the walls are about 20 years old.
So do people think they would have a problem with 30mm of movement over 20 years?
Thanks

When we replaced our conservatory roof, Building Control insisted on a load test to see whether the structure was strong enough to support the new roof. If your local BC is the same, this would surely pick up on the 30mm drop. No harm in asking them.0

Thanks for the response.
The surveyor said he would speak with building control and see what they say. we where just looking forward to having a more habitable room, then dissapointed of possibaility it may not happen .
The wall is a dwarf wall in relation to the inside of the conservatory floor but sits on a higher wall on the outside in relation to the outside patio, garden ( if that makes sense) So replacing all the base/foundations was a cost not in our budget at the moment.
