Business charge/credit cards

Does anyone know if a business charge card issued to a registered business but with the card holders name on it effect that persons credit report in anyway good or bad?
I.E. will the card help if used correctly to improve that persons credit score?

Iy is my understanding that it does affect your credit rating so be careful of your company does not pay the bills promptly. I recently applied for an AMEX card for my business and they only gave me a credit limit of £500 as they had already given me £15K limit personally. They did ultimately allow me share the whole limit between the two cards.

If it's a Limited company that you have set up with and you run up a debt and don't pay then you wont be responsible but if you are a sole trader or partnership then it will.
