How do I get a refund from Green Network Energy?
I was with GNE since early last year but started the switch process a week or so before they stopped trading. I switched to E.On Energy and have asked them about my credit balance with GNE but they say it's up to me to co tact them and sort this directly. Is this right and, if so, how do I go about this when they've closed down and no one is answering the phone?

EDF have taken on GNE accounts, so they will be responsible for dealing with your refund.0
