You can ask for whatever you want. Had I been the landlord I would have immediately on failure offered rent reduction (say £25/mo) - but that's just me.If you want a good relationship with landlord, suggest you ask for £50 or less. i.e. don't p*ss him off.2

If the flat has a bath, I'd ask for compensation of half a month's rent. If there is only a shower, I'd ask for more.
Without the possibility of at least being able to boil pots and kettles to fill the bath, living in the flat will have been difficult. OP presumably was forced to break lockdown rules by showering elsewhere, which was not permitted unless in a support bubble.0 -

No mention of there being no heating, just no hot water for baths, presume kettles run on electric so no issue with that.
It's a small good will gesture if anything £100.00 total?

You pay £80 per month for utilities. Let's assume the boiler accounts for half of that then that is £40x 3 which is £1200

Also, boiling kettles and pots and pans to fill up a bath takes AGES. I had this experience myself when the boiler died last year. Felt like I was in "The 1900 House" or something.0 -
Nothing said about the cold or using kettles by OP. Going elsewhere for showers, yes but thats all he said. (Sorry i didnt mean to imply he should fill a bath with a kettle, the points were not connected, poor wording there).
I suspect electric heaters were available unless I've overlooked something. But really there is no such thing as no heating at all. If gas heating fails landlord would best provide portable heaters as a stop gap, covering the extra electric costs.0
