Stairs and Dolly? / Trolley

Hi,
In the past, my dad and I have taken the likes of fridge freezers, tumble dryers etc.. down to the kitchen (and back up if it replaced something)
I was wondering if there's anything cheap, that could help us with that? I found "something" and it was this:
How to Use The Mobile Stairlift Dolly — An Introductory Guide - YouTube
Then I looked at the price, and it's a whooping £2600! Which isn't exactly what you'd want to use at home, for casual moving of stuff! Does any one know of anything that could help (Even if it isn't electric)
