Nectar Security Questions?

Just tried chasing some points up on Nectar via live chat but was told they couldn't help unless I gave them the answers to my security questions.  Set up the account a very long time ago so have absolutely no idea what the answers are!   Does anyone know how to access that information on the Nectar account so I can update it?    Have chased points up before without all this fuss.

Could you ask chat what to do for forgotten questions? They maybe have a procedure

Given some of the recent stories about people losing Nectar points it is good to see them taking security seriously.  I rarely use my own nectar account but is there a way of resetting the security questions online or through the app?

There doesn't appear to be any way of resetting them on my account online, the only thing I can see is change email or password.

When I had a similar issue I phoned them and it was resolved very quickly. Don't know if that is still an option?

All sorted, I went back on chat and missing points added immediately and no security questions asked at all this time.  Said Rep this morning was wrong they don't need security Q&A just to chase up points
