Stainless Ovenware

We have some very used and possibly unhealthy non-stick ovenware and I'm planning to replace them with stainless or enamel. I want to avoid non stick as it's not scratch proof and often not dishwasher proof. I'm looking for things that will last our lifetimes as an iron anniversary gift but I don't want to overspend. I've found a 'Tala Originals Enamel Roasting Dish' which should be good quality and there are Chinese made stainless trays online with good reviews that also have reviews that say they warp when hot which is normal for some cookware but doesn't sound great.

I'd second the IKEA trays. I'm also a big fan of traditional enamel for roasting etc. and have a large collection of the blue and white stuff. It's fairly cheap and cheerful but I've found it more than stands up to whatever I ask of it and I've not had any warping.

I have some dark enamel trays from Morrisons which have been gong strong for many years , in and out of the dishwasher almost daily. They are still available as I bought some as a gift recently.

I have one like that. I'm after the shallower type and the flat ones that are good for sliding a pizza off which Ikea don't seem to have in stainless.
