TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Win a trip for you and a mate to KISS Weekender Amsterdam” (Online Competition) (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

Entrants are invited to go online to answer the question and enter their details.

One winner will be selected from all the entrants who answered correctly via an electronic random draw.

The winner must satisfy the Terms and Conditions, otherwise their entry will become invalid and a new winner will be selected.

The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw from Monday 3rd May 2021 and contacted by KISS and/or Pollen.

The competition will run from 10:00am on Wednesday 24th March 2021 and will close at 11.59pm on Sunday 2nd May 2021.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

 • Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

 • Please note: You and your guest must be aged 18+ on date of entry. Valid ID will be required when claiming the prize.

Please note:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Travel to/from the airports, breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-room movies and phone calls in the hotel are not included. All other expenses are also the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

You must be available from Friday 19th November 2021 to Monday 22nd November 2021 to claim this prize.

You and your guest must be eligible to fly and have a valid passport to travel.

The prizes will be provided by Pollen.
