Air New Zealand- LHR

This time last year I should have flown to LA from LHR with ANZ. The fare was very inexpensive, probably due to ANZ knowing they were discontinuing the route under £500 return.
ANZ have sent me the voucher to rebook, it has been extended to June this year, not that it looks like US flights/entry will be permitted by then, but since ANZ no longer fly LHR what am I likely to be allowed to do? I was surprised by the voucher as thought I had lost the money altogether. Are ANZ in a partnership with any airlines that I could book a US flight with from LHR when we are able to fly internationally again?

ANZ are a Star Alliance carrier. My mother is looking at trip to Australia at the moment (but not looking yet), and one of the cheapest options has often been LOT Polish Airlines, who partner with Singapore Airlines, both of whom are also Star Alliance, at least in the premium cabin she wants.

Looking quickly online (but not with particular routings), the main partners in Europe are Lufthansa and Turkish, but Singapore and United amongst others are also direct codeshare partners partners.
