Can't cancel NOW TV Subscription?

Hi There,
I have a NowTV subscription - We signed up just before Christmas to give it a go over Lockdown, but we just don't really watch it, haven't watched anything for weeks, for the past two months I have been trying to cancel it, but their website is absolutely useless, we have tried it on multiple browsers, but the 'cancel membership' link / button doesn't display on the website, there is no way to contact support, the website just gives a message that says some parts of the website aren't working, I have emailed them numerous times but they don't reply. Is there any other way to get this cancelled, If i contact the bank and tell them it's not possible to cancel it, can they help?

What browser are you using? I use Chrome and never had a problem cancelling membership.0

Really easy.sign into your account, click manage account, your membership, then cancel whatever passes you have on there. Takes seconds.1
