Royal and Sun Alliance Inurance plc is registered at Companies House with company registration no. 00093792:
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/00093792/filing-history?page=16
On the page I've linked, go to the document from 19 June 1907 to see the incorpation document for Royal Insurance Company Limited, also with company registration no. 93792
They are one and the same company.
eg the document from Jan 1982 changed the name to Royal Inurance plc
The subsequent name change happened with effect from 1 November 1997.2 -

The challenge we have now is encouraging RSA to prioritise it! It’s not even clear which dept/role can and should confirm they’re happy to sign the deed paperwork. Usually these things involve mortgage businesses, of course, who have a dedicated discharge team! RSA aren’t set up for that. It’s currently with their company secretariat so hopefully they can either do it themselves - or decide who should!!I’ll keep you posted :-) Thanks again so much!1
