OK - so you haven’t paid the first payment on account for 2020/21 - so no refund due.
Based on on what you have said log in to your self-assessment account, choose ‘reduce payments on account’ and change EACH to NIL. See below: Alternatively fill in and post the form indicated - will take longer! Don’t pay either of the two amounts.
