Best rate on cash deposits

My elderly relative still uses a lot of cash. They keep some in the house, which concerns us. Is there a half decent savings account that allows cash deposits, preferably with Covid, something apply online so doesn't have to go into branches and some way of depositing, maybe by cash machine?
