Claiming premier account charges

Hi all,
I had a NatWest advantage gold account for over 9 years and paid £15 per month. I was essentially missold as was told that having this account will get me preferential loan rates and overdraft. I have cancelled this premier account in 2011 and have recently read about the reclaiming of the bank account charges. Can I still claim ? Or will it be invalid now as it’s almost 10 years ago?
