Furlough Wage Help Please

I started a new retail job in late July 2020 on a 17 hour per week contract. Since the day I started I have worked far more than this, 5 full days every week other than a few holiday days, an average week would be 37 to 43 hours depending on the days I've been in. I don't receive overtime, I get paid a flat hourly rate for the hours worked in a monthly pay period. I've just received my first payslip for a full month on furlough and I'm only being paid for 68 hours, so 4 x the 17 hours per week I'm contracted for. I thought furlough was supposed to provide 80% of your average wage, not your contracted hours? I roughly worked out my average monthly gross pay before furlough to be £1450 but my new payslip is only for £607. Where do I stand? Can anyone advise? If its correct and I'm only entitled to furlough for my contracted hours then so be it, but it's a vast drop in income compared to what I usually earn

What does the furlough agreement you sign about the basis that they will calculate your claim and how you will be paid?Adam_Snowden said:I started a new retail job in late July 2020 on a 17 hour per week contract.
