in Credit cards
Trying to get a reward card couldn't upload statements on their website - the Exmouth branch did it in front of me 6 times yet the powers that be say they still haven't received them!!! Exmouth branch have given up and I suspect my credit score will drop as a result of their systems failure. Am I the only one this has happened to? (pending one last ditch enquiry)

I know people often make tongue in cheek comments about their comedy CRA score dropping because of what they had for breakfast or whatever but what makes you think trying and failing to upload your statements will make it drop?1 -
I had problems uploading documents to Barclaycard last year. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the documents (pdf files) themselves, but just that the process of uploading is temperamental. So, what to do about it? If you could just press the button to upload again, that would be fine, but it won't let you do that. You have to remove (at least) one of the documents and "replace" it. You can use exactly the same file as the "replacement". Then you can try uploading again. Sometimes the result is that one or more documents is accepted - I think you get a green tick - sometimes not. Keep repeating this process as often as necessary until you have all green ticks! I had 10 documents to upload and it took about 20 tries to get to this point. All very annoying, but worth it in the end. Best of luck!0

Similar happened to me and the above advice is good - keep trying.

Thanks for that. Actually just got an email this morning saying they had received them which must mean that the Local Branch successfully uploaded them in the end. It was quite tie consuming though!0

I’m having huge problems after 5 telephone calls / 2 email links which don’t work and a verbal link also didn’t work I’m almost beginning to think they don’t want anyone to earn any rewards … but difficult really with a £200 credit limit !!0
