Has anyone had any luck rebooking BA ticket vouchers from cancelled flights with Expedia?

I've already been on the phone to Expedia, then BA, then BA again then Expedia.
Both are saying the other has our ticket vouchers. I just want to book a poxy flight to Jersey grrr...
I've now told Expedia they have to call BA and ask my tickets through their Trade Support Team, I just would like to know if anyone has had any success with this. I used to love expedia, booked all my travel through them.. Now I'm not sure I want to use them again.
