hi i am having issues with the above phone only as of today with outlook and facebook as not stay open for long on my phone is the reason
what is best remedy

Backup any data (photos, videos, music, docs etc.) and then factory reset it ... that's what I'd do. (I'd need to Google how to factory reset that phone - so I'll let you do that yourself).

Shut down and reboot the phone
Force stop the apps (in settings / apps) and clear the app cache (once you have stopped the app click on storage)
Delete the app and reinstall
Factory reset of phone is a bit of a last resort nuclear option.
