Backup any data (photos, videos, music, docs etc.) and then factory reset it ... that's what I'd do. (I'd need to Google how to factory reset that phone - so I'll let you do that yourself).

Shut down and reboot the phoneForce stop the apps (in settings / apps) and clear the app cache (once you have stopped the app click on storage)Delete the app and reinstallFactory reset of phone is a bit of a last resort nuclear option.
