Which courier can I use to return a lithium battery back to Amazon? That doesn’t cost an arm & a leg.

Doesn't the Amazon returns process provide you with a paid label for their appropriate courier?
    • The rich buy assets.
    • The poor only have expenses.
    • The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

I agree with vacheron if you ring amazon they usually sort all that out for you.

Yeah, the returns process on your order should offer an option to drop it off at a convenient location for pickup.

I have the exact same problem and the returns process despite being a prime item did not generate a prepaid label. I contacted amazon and they said since its lithium battery they don't give a prepaid label but would refund postage of up to 4.75 upon me sending a receipt. While not ideal I accepted that but now I can't find any company who will accept the package. This is lithium battery only so far I have been declined by Royal Mail, DHL, Hermes (Evri), going to try UPS and Fedex in a day or so.
Anybody else who found a way to manage this?
  • Post office should have accepted for UK according to their list of restrictions but not for international

Not since April 2022. They only accept them if installed in a device.

Yep. I contacted them and said that I couldn't find a courier who would accept batteries. They refunded me and told me to give the batteries away/otherwise dispose of them.
