Sky payment plans

Hi folks. Does anybody know if you can have a repayment plan with Sky plus continue to have full service? We have tv, broadband and landline with them.
Through the strangest of circumstances we have a £2000 debt on the account we have only just found out about and they want payment by mid April! We are willing to repay approx £400 a month. The landline is essential to me for ongoing oncology calls.

The landline isn't essential as hospitals frequently use mobile numbers for contact from plus some even use text messages.

You can get sim only with unlimited calls from £2.50 per month or £1.50 per month with a basic Nokia.
