Help to Buy ISA over £250000 with someone else

Myself and my friend are looking to buy a property around £400000 mark. I have the help to buy ISA and they don't. We're both first time buyers.
My question is whether I can still get my help to buy ISA bonus if my share of the property is still less than £250000 (i.e £200000) even though the total property value is £400000?

Yes you can use your help to buy ISA,s towards the purchase of the property.
You are both buying a £400,000 property and taking a joint mortgage on the property.
You might wish to agree a deed of trust if you are providing a large deposit and your friend is not
Something you need to discuss with your solicitor0 -
Unless you are buying in London the help to buy ISA cannot be used towards a property worth more than £250,000.dimbo61 said:Yes you can use your help to buy ISA,s towards the purchase of the property.
