My question is regarding right of access through my neighbour's garden, I have right of access which us agreed and in the deeds to my house, my neighbour has recently asked me to supervise anyone who needs to use this access, trades people, guests ect while they use it, normally this would not be a problem but I have a baby and am sue to get lots of work done on my house which will involve trades people using the right of access to bring materials round ect, can he legally ask me to supervise them everytime they need to accessmy house via this route? Thanks in advance.
