Excellent news! Hopefully he will do the sensible thing and move out - when you go back in, I'd suggest changing the locks, and also have someone with you the first time you enter and take photos of any damage etc, then get proper quotes before doing any repairs (hopefully he won't trash it, but be prepared in case he does)
All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -

Sorry for such a delayed response. Bills were cancelled and I was starting with TOLATA Proceedings... however, yesterday I had my final occupation order hearing and won! He has 4 weeks to leave and it comes with power of arrest. I'm sure once he's left he will be much more likely to sign everything across to me as he'll need the money...
I've finished the year with:
- Non Molestation Order with a zoned area he can't go
- Occupation Order
- Restraining Order (following criminal investigation order).
Finally feeling like there is some justice in the world...
Thanks for all of your help, I used a lot of the points you suggested :-)
bagpuss' advice is great and I would also advise in investing in security cameras around the property (and inside if you want) and make it clear you have CCTV by putting signs up outside. They only cost around £50 for decent day and night vision cameras that are easy to plug in and set up.
It will make it much easier for you to get him arrested and imprisoned if he flouts any of those orders with video evidence.

Well done you OP for keeping going through such a stressful time, I can understand why people give up in the face of having to go to court, keep battling agencies etc.Been around since 2008 but somehow my profile was deleted!!!0
