Can anyone help with advice on employment and the SEISS grant. Having claimed the 3rd grant, if I were to close my buisiness and find employment, would I be liable to pay the it back?

Assuming you met all the eligibility conditions at the time you claimed (one of which was that you intended to continue to trade in 2020/21), in theory it would not matter, but as we are so near to the end of the tax year, I would take no action before 6 April 2021. You will lose any possibility of claiming SEISS 4 and 5 by ceasing to trade.

Thank you for your responses.
I'm a childminder. Technically I'm still trading as I'm registered with Ofsted, however my charges left and enquiries have dried up. With the challenges of running a buisiness and Covid I've decided that I've had enough.
