Stainless oven trays and sheets

So we have some very used and possibly unhealthy non-stick ovenware and I'm planning to replace them with stainless or enamel. I'm looking for things that will last our lifetimes as an iron anniversary gift but I don't want to overspend. I've found a 'Tala Originals Enamel Roasting Dish' which should be good quality and there are Chinese made stainless trays online with good reviews that also have reviews that say they warp when hot which is normal for some cookware but doesn't sound great. I'm looking for suggestions. It has to be online as our anniversary is before non-essential trips will be allowed and I'm pretty sure presents are not essential.

John Lewis has excellent bakeware which can be ordered online. If you're open to non-stick (with a lifetime guarantee!), these are brilliant: https://www.johnlewis.com/eaziglide-neverstick-non-stick-baking-tray/p3417068
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1 -
Thanks. I'm not totally against non-stick but I prefer to avoid it as it has the potential to leach chemicals into the food. So I'm not binning good non-stick cookware which will have given off most of it's chemicals already but I prefer to buy stainless to replace stuff that's knackered.Marcon said:John Lewis has excellent bakeware which can be ordered online. The other thing is that you can't use metal tools with non-stick.0

I may have originally posted this in the wrong forum that looked like exactly the right forum (shopping). This forum it's been moved to seems like a graveyard though.0

I've never heard of this forum. I'd suggest Old Style, lots of home cooking enthusiasts on there.Maxson said:I may have originally posted this in the wrong forum that looked like exactly the right forum (shopping). This forum it's been moved to seems like a graveyard though.0
