It's a two storey extension, would roof issues cause this on the lower floor? We're about to have soffit and tile vents put in the roof and I've had gutters cleared this week and some repointing done on that side of the house recently too. Some of the roof felt has come down but we were told the roof tiles all looked fine.There is also a central heating pipe that runs through that wall a little further back, could it be that or would there be other signs of damp closer to the actual pipe?0

It looks like similar has occurred in the past on another extension wall at the opposite end of the house, but I only recently noticed it as it's not obvious as you can see. There is definitely no signs of damp around this one, so I was hoping the above pic was just one of those things 🙈0

Looks like it's had the angle bead cut out the bottom of that one like I've done on mine.0
