Contacting Betfair?

I'm trying to contact Betfair as they think I have a duplicate account and closed it.

They inform "access to this account is denied - this account has been closed. Please contact us if you have any questions". The link advised contact be made through messaging, to which I'm required to login to a closed account - at this point things circle.

Email to info@betfair.com returns from paddypower stating "his message is from the Forcepoint email protection system, Forcepoint Email Security at host xmail.paddypowerbetfair.com. The attached email could not be delivered to one or more recipients."

How do I contact Betfair to resolve an issue that doesn't exist in the first place?
